Business Environment was formed in 1994 by David Saul, Simon Rusk, Bernard Klug and Colin Gershinson. It is now the leading provider of serviced offices in London and various locations in southern England.
We currently own and operate over 60,387m2 (650,000ft2) of property and cater for small, medium and large organisations demanding highly competitive and flexible office accommodation.
In the last three years Business Environment has spent over £45M acquiring and refurbishing buildings, and have plans to spend a further £100M in the next three years.
Today the company has 13 centres, has grown to employ well over 100 people and don´t intend to stop there! They have some exciting plans to acquire office buildings in other parts of London and the UK. They are dedicated to finding the right office space to meet their clients needs.
