Business Environment was formed in 1994 by David Saul, Simon Rusk, Bernard Klug and Colin Gershinson. It is now the leading provider of serviced offices in London and various locations in southern England.
We currently own and operate over 60,387m2 (650,000ft2) of property and cater for small, medium and large organisations demanding highly competitive and flexible office accommodation.
In the last three years Business Environment has spent over £45M acquiring and refurbishing buildings, and have plans to spend a further £100M in the next three years.
Today the company has 11 centres (of which 1 is under extensive refurbishment) and has grown to employ over 100 people - and we don’t intend to stop there! We have some exciting plans to acquire office buildings in other parts of London and the UK. We’re dedicated to finding the right office space to meet clients needs.
