Most of our centers have the following roles: Centre Manager – Assistant Manager – Office Assistant and Receptionist. We do also have roles in accounts, assets, IT, sales and marketing and HR.

Trainee IT Administrator – based in EC4M (Head Office)
A new role for the post of Trainee IT Administrator has arisen to join our IT team at Head Office to assist and learn many areas of the IT infrastructure. Though it will be based in Head Office, travel to and from the Centres will be required. Strong communication skills and relationship management are very important for this role. You will be required to:
- Order and set up IT equipment
- Set up new email systems
- General support
The person in this role will report to the IT/Communications Director. There may be areas that you are stronger in. For those other areas relevant to this role you will receive guidance and support in how to deal with them.

Quantity Surveyor – based in EC4M (Head Office)
The post of Quantity Surveyor has arisen to join our strong Assets team. To assist in cost planning for our buildings and provide support to the Assets Director, CAD technician and guide the Assistant Quantity Surveyor. Though it will be near Bank Station you will be required to travel to and from the Centres. Strong communication skills and relationship management are very important for this role. Duties and responsibilities will include but are not exhaustive:
- Overseeing procurement processes
- Provide building costing
- Liaising with contractors
- Programming works (knowledge of Project Manager an advantage)
- General admin where required
The person in this role will report to the Assets Director. There may be areas that you are stronger in. For those other areas relevant to this role you will receive guidance and support in how to deal with them.
