Business Environment’s business centre at No1 Olympic Way, Wembley, has proven that customer service excellence is still the key factor in the success of all SMEs by having its clients vote it the Business Centre of the Year in the bca annual awards. This is the first time in the history of the awards that any business centre operator has won this prestigious award for a second time.
The Business Centre Association’s (bca) judges received hundreds of nominations from throughout the country for the prestigious award given in recognition of the highest standards of client care, professionalism and the development of a workspace environment that enhances client’s networking and business opportunities. “We are indeed privileged to have received the highest award in our industry. It clearly demonstrates that our clients recognise and appreciate the outstanding levels of support and exceptional value that our team provides, “comments Sam Samaraweera, BE Wembley centre manager. “Our business is focussed on providing flexible workplace solutions for SME’s and start-ups.
