          You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls from agents and clients therefore, the person required would need to be methodical and confident enough to delegate tasks and meet deadlines. You are a crucial part of the sales team whereby; you will be involved in all the sales support activities helping us provide award-winning service.

          The post holder will be assisting in delivering great customer service based at our Head Office in the City of London and will ensure they adhere to the company’s values. You will be working in a small and dedicated team, and you will be reporting into the Head of Sales. We’re a very established business with over 21 years’ experience of delivering first class serviced offices and meeting space. For us, helping our clients grow means we do too.           Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

          • Data inputting on our CRM System (Hub Create)
          • Accepting and rejecting sales enquiries on our CRM System
          • Distributing leads to our Sales Executives evenly and dependent on the remit
          • Working to deadlines
          • Sending out initial client contact emails
          • Reporting on daily tasks, viewings and call volumes
          • Answering incoming calls to agents and clients
          • Help consolidating the sales reporting process
          • Administrative duties upon request
          • Effective communication with the sales team, Centre staff, clients and brokers
          • Ensure enquiries are being actioned by the Sales team within a sufficient time frame
          • Complete the months end and commissions
          • Manage the sales pipeline
          • Updating availability for marketing’s mailshot
          • Updating central sales occupancy report
          • Complete the quarterly availability audit
          • Preparing the quarterly and weekly reports
          • Dealing with under 4 w/s broker leads
          • Reporting and data management
          • Processing confidential reports at Board level including commissions
          • Collate and input sales data into excel workbooks (periodically as required – daily/weekly) for use by various stakeholders including the finance/accounts department
          • Liaise with the Accounts team to ensure reporting requirements are met and remain relevant

          Personal Specification:

          Qualification and Education

          GCSE’s or above in Business related area -Essential



          2 months working in sales environment and administrative experience   – Essential

          Experience of working in a SME/small team – Desirable

          Six months in similar role – Essential

          Work requirements

          Office hours: 08.30 – 18:00 but needs to be flexible with regards to work demands

          Full time position

          Occasional irregular hours if required to meet business needs
