Office Manager, City of London – Aurora

Job Title: Office Manager

Responsible to: Cleaning Operations Manager

Location: City of London

Salary: Competitive, To be discussed

 

We are looking for an experienced office manager to be responsible for operational administration and smooth running of Aurora pro clean.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Process invoices via vendors/suppliers
  • Liaise with HR Coordinator regarding payroll queries
  • Order consumables and cleaning equipment as required
  • Order cleaning staff uniform
  • Create Health and Safety packs for all sites
  • Liaise with the Health, Safety and Facilities Officer in regards to Health and Safety requirements
  • Keep Health and Safety site logs up to date with current legislation
  • Order office equipment as required
  • Liaise with HR Coordinator with regards to new starter inductions
  • Support with any employee related meetings
  • To carry out ad hoc tasks as requested by the Cleaning Operations Manager

 

Person specification:

  • Be pro-active, logical and forward thinking Be flexible on working times
  • Have a good knowledge of the cleaning industry
  • Have a strong desire to succeed and promote a high level of customer service
  • Have self-motivation
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Take full responsibility for tasks
  • Manage teams in a supportive manner
  • Satisfactory references and right to work in the UK
  • Provide support to operations team as required
