        What are Serviced Offices?

        Serviced offices are flexible office solutions typically located within a business centre, leased on a monthly basis. Your licence fee includes rents, rates, service charge, utilities, cleaning and core office furniture. Where BE Offices differs from the rest is that we offer an all-inclusive package meaning all your IT, telecoms and extras do not cost you an additional charge.

        Are Serviced Offices more expensive than doing it yourself?

        The common misconception is that Serviced Offices are expensive. What we have found in our experience is that when a full breakdown of all expenses are taken into account then often the costs for serviced office space can be up to 60% cheaper than doing it for yourself, and of course they remove the need for high initial capital expenditure. Add into this the flexibility that a Serviced Office can give you and the hassle that is saved by ensuring your IT is always working, the office is always clean and the kitchen is always stocked and Serviced Offices provide a very good value for money service.

        How long do I have to commit to?

        Some providers will ask for a minimum of 3 – 12 months commitment, but at BE Offices our contracts start from just one month.

        How much do offices cost?

        Like renting a flat there is no such thing as a standard price for an office. Location and size will impact the cost, but we guarantee to always offer you the most competitive deal we can provide, and unlike other providers, we try our very best to avoid increasing your licence fee on your 2nd year – in fact we will agree longer terms on initial signing if you prefer.

        Can I work in my office late at night and on weekends?

        You can access your office 24/7, 365 days a year. We provide reception services from 8.30am – 5.30pm on Monday to Friday, and 24/7 onsite security at most centres.

        Will your reception team greet my guests?

        Our centre team essentially work for you. All your guests will be greeted and offered coffee in our reception whilst you are alerted, and all your calls will be answered using your company name.

        Can I use the other facilities in my centre?

        As part of your licence fee you are given open access to all our facilities including stocked kitchens, toilet & shower facilities, breakout areas, reception services, and gyms (where applicable). You are given complimentary meeting room hours but beyond this, we will charge a very competitive hourly rate for meetings and video conferencing.

        How much extra is the IT & Telecoms?

        At Business Environment your IT bandwidth and telephone calls are included in your monthly licence fee. We have a fair usage policy but very few clients go beyond their allocation, and if they do our IT team contact them to see if we can help provide a more appropriate solution.

        What happens if I need to move offices?

        We will do our best to find you the best solution for an immediate move within our building or to one of our other business centres across the UK.

        Can I move to a bigger office if I take on more people?

        Yes, you can increase the number of workstations or office size at any time, subject to availability. Many of our clients grow considerably inside our centres.

        Can I downsize the size of my office?

        Yes, you can downsize to a smaller office or move to a different BE centre at the end of your contract, and where possible we will work with you during your initial period to help find another office that meets your requirement.
