Alternative Travel Arrangements
Buses: Many routes near or around The City will be affected by the Olympic Route Network /Paralympic Route Network and subject to change. Extra services will be provided at peak times.
River: There will be an enhanced river service during the games but you will have to book well in advance. Do it now at: http://www.tfl.gov.uk/modalpages/21315.aspx
Cycling: Our centres at Cheapside, Minories, Fleet Street, Watling Street and 1 Royal Exchange are close to TFL Cycle Hire scheme locations. Find a location that works for you: https://web.barclayscyclehire.tfl.gov.uk/maps (We also have our own bike racks available at 150 Minories and F160 Fleet Street.)
Walking: You can plan suitable walking routes using Google Maps. Whilst this isn’t ideal you may be able to plan walking routes from stations that are not affected by the games.
