Business Environment was formed in 1994 by David Saul, Simon Rusk, Bernard Klug and Colin Gershinson, through several property purchases that were refurbished to become serviced offices.
Through further additions we have steadily grown and we are now the leading provider of business centres in the UK. We currently own and operate approaching 1,000,000 sq ft of property and cater for small, medium and large organisations demanding highly competitive and flexible office accommodation…
Between 2000-2007 Business Environment spent over £60M acquiring and refurbishing buildings, setting ambitious growth plans.
In 2008 we launched our single person office solution and our Virtual Office packages, and at the start of 2010 we installed ten Video Conferencing suites to allow our clients international business access within their own workplace.
In 2010 we launched our exclusive meeting and conferencing brand: &Meetings – which operates as a complimentary operation to give a first-class meeting experience in our business centres, complete with a 100% online booking service.
In 2011 we opened Business Environment Cheapside showcasing our innovative new fit-out style, and spent an addditional £500,000 on IT to give a more robust infrastructure and 1,000 Mbps lines into all our business centres, to maintain our strategy of always providing the fastest connection speeds in our industry.
We have recently launched B2B networking exclusive for BE clients, to enable them to meet and do business with other clients in the BE network.
Today the company has a large portfolio of business centres, and has grown to employ well over 300 people and we don´t intend to stop there! We have some exciting plans to acquire buildings in other parts of London and the UK. We are dedicated to finding the right office space to meet our clients needs.
