Business Environment’s Voice of the Client Survey reveals complete satisfaction with welcoming smiles of business centre receptionists
Client satisfaction is critical to the success of BE’s business and so we send out quarterly Voice of the Client Surveys in order to secure feedback from clients and give us the opportunity to deal with any issues that may arise.
When asked if clients agreed with the statement ‘Business Environment staff are helpful, friendly and courteous” all respondents agreed and over 70% ‘strongly’ so.
We received a 100% positive response to our question about whether or not clients and guests were always greeted with a smile at reception. Credit for this goes to all our ladies and gentleman, including our Storm Operative Security guards, who represent our front of house teams.
On a scale on one to ten (ten being excellent), we scored eight or more in 98% of cases (predominantly ten) and 98% of clients said they would recommend us to a friend or business associate.
