BE Offices today announces that industry veteran, Nick Gandy, director of business centres at BE Offices, has joined the Board of Directors at the Business Centre Association.
The BCA is a not-for-profit trade organisation representing the needs of operators, partners and clients of business centres, coworking, serviced offices, managed workspace and accommodation address and virtual office providers.
Coming from a hotel and hospitality background, Nick carried his passion for exceptional customer service into the serviced office sector when he joined BE Offices in 2004.
Starting out as a centre manager at BE’s Reading location, in the same year Nick was relocated to the head office team and in 2009 was appointed Director of Business Centres. Nick is responsible for client satisfaction and supports a large team of centre managers, helping them deliver award-winning customer service.
“I’m delighted to have been asked to join the BCA board and to have the opportunity to represent the various workspace brands that make up the BE Offices portfolio,” commented Nick.
