BE Offices Leaps to 23rd place in ‘Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For’ award.
Business Environment (BE) entered The Sunday Times “Best Small Company To Work For” award in 2009 run by the Best Companies organisation. BE was voted a three star “outstanding” accreditation and was voted the 5th best company. This was an amazing achievement. Frequently, in more challenging markets like the economic backdrop of 2009/2010, companies cut back the cost of employee training and development. However, BE
appreciates that more motivated employees means higher service levels for our clients. One of BE’s key USP’s is its service levels (winning the best business centre of the year three times in the last four years being proof). Such high service levels can only be achieved with employee engagement.
To this end, BE has again focused time and resources on its teams. I am very proud and happy that in 2010 BE were again awarded the highest rating of a three star accreditation (only fifty companies in the country were awarded this) plus being nominated as the 23rd best small company to work for. This is a 34% increase over the prior year. It is interesting to note that all other entrants in the serviced office sector in the process actually received worst results than they got the preceding year. BE is the highest scoring company in the sector and is an incredible 51 places ahead of its nearest competitor. This continued success is thanks to the incredibly dedicated teams that make up the company.
