Business Environment (BE) have been voted one of the Sunday Times ‘Best Small Companies to Work For’ for the second year in a row. BE were awarded 35th place in the prestigious list, up an impressive 17 places on last year.
“We were absolutely delighted to be amongst the Top 100 small companies to work for”, says David Saul, Managing Director. “As this is a direct reflection of the excellent people we employ and the quality of service they provide our clients. Being in the Top 100 for the second year running is absolutely fantastic. It also reflects our outstanding levels of customer service and has helped us achieve record occupancy levels”.
“We are incredibly proud of the fact that we have also created an exceptional environment for our staff to work”.
“BE’s success in these awards is due in part to our vision that ‘together, we are building the business lifestyle that everyone wants’. To achieve this we actively encourage and involve all employees in making business decisions. We also operate staff training and development programmes and have an innovative reward and recognition scheme, entitled ‘beproud’. This has been specifically designed to recognise and reward our people for extolling company values and ‘going the extra mile’ for clients”.
“It’s not all about work though and we like to ‘play hard too’. Our ‘Besociable’ programme encourages fun and teamwork through a variable of social events such as the annual Family Fun day and our fantastic Christmas party. For an SME we have made a huge achievement in a very short space of time and have created an environment that both staff and clients can really enjoy working in.”
