          Job Title: Receptionist / Concierge
          Responsible to: Operations Manager

          Bespoke Managed Space provide flexible and managed workspace to fast‐growing, tech, creative and media businesses. We are an established organisation who deliver tailor made workspace, facilities management, support, and hospitality services to our clients.

          We are looking for a charismatic and professional Receptionist. The role will be based predominantly at our client’s prestigious offices in the vibrant area of Farringdon however there may from time to time be a requirement to support other London sites.

          Role:

          As the first point of contact in the building, you will be expected to provide a consistently exceptional standard of customer service to internal and external client. You will be supporting the Operations Manager and Operations Assistant with the day‐to‐day running of all operational aspects of the building. The ideal candidate will provide a responsive and efficient reception and telephone service for our client and will ensure that the reception area is always welcoming and looking at its best.

          Responsibilities will include:

          ● Meeting, greeting and coordinating all clients and visitors to the building
          ● Providing a responsive, efficient, and professional reception service for our client
          ● Ensuring the reception area is well presented and welcoming to clients and visitors at all times
          ● Supporting the Operations team in the day-to-day running of the building
          ● Liaising with our client to ensure that all queries and requests are responded to promptly and efficiently
          ● Working closely with support teams based at Bespoke headquarters
          ● Proactively and reactively escalating issues to the Operations team
          ● Liaising with the cleaning supervisor to ensure any issues are deal with promptly
          ● Managing contractors and cleaners and ensuring the relevant signing in and housekeeping procedures are adhered to
          ● Processing all incoming mail and deliveries to ensure safe receipt to the client
          ● Promoting and complying with Health & Safety policy and procedures
          ● Ensuring that we comply with the client’s building procedures
          ● Supporting the Operations team with any client events as required
          ● Provide an effective handover to persons covering your role in your absence

          The Requirements:

          ● Proactive hands-on approach to work, no activity is beneath you
          ● Experience of a client-facing service role with exceptional customer service
          ● Ability to think on your feet and make sound and considered decisions
          ● Great planning, organising and multitasking skills

          ● Excellent written and oral English language skills
          ● Drive to progress within the role

          Personal Specification:

          Qualification and Education – GCSE’s or above in Business related area – Essential
          Experience – 12 months customer service experience –
          both face to face and telephone – Essential
          12 Months in similar supervisory role – Essential
          Experience in working with minimum supervision – Desirable
          Skills and Abilities – Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook – Essential
          Excellent telephone communication skills – Essential
          Face to face customer service skills – Essential
          Switchboard operational skills – Desirable
          Work Requirements – Full time position working business hours Monday to Friday
          – Essential
          Occasional irregular hours if required to meet client needs – Essential
