People feeling stressed at work should take a look at the way BSN Medical is looking after its staff.
The global media device company, which has office space in Hull, operates what is known as a “stress policy”, reported You At Work.
Since putting this policy into action, the company has reported higher levels of employee engagement.
The company’s middle management was taught about how to implement a stress policy to improve the working conditions of their employees.
This included how to handle tension within the workplace and how to ensure that employees have a decent work-life balance.
Speaking to reporters, Lisa Pickersgill, the HR manager at BSN Medical, said: “Our employees can take advantage of the health cash plan we have in place, which helps them to cover the cost of their everyday healthcare needs.”
