As part of a focus on promoting service and retention the serviced office and meeting room venue operator Business Environment carried out the biggest customer service survey in its 20 year history.
As part of National Customer Service Week (running until October 9th) centre teams will be working to improve the excellent results from the survey with a number of new initiatives. The survey was carried out in the summer and included 3,000 Business Environment clients across all 18 of the company’s centres.
98% of Clients agreed they would recommend Business Environment to a friend and 92% said that their teams are friendly and helpful. 73% also said that they found the welcome friendly and 87% were satisfied with the service they received every day. Interestingly, 69% of those polled said they had never used a serviced office operator before. Clients also said that they liked the extra touches like “Doughnut Fridays” and the sporting events hosted in every centre with free refreshments like Wimbledon and The Rugby World Cup.
Managing Director David Saul commented, “We have focused attention on improving our already excellent client retention rates this year. The results of the survey have shown that our teams deliver an excellent level of service every day. I am delighted with the results and will be looking to see how we can drive standards even higher over the next 12 months”.
Business Environment became a finalist in The National Customer Service Awards 2010 after being shortlisted from more than 20,000 UK businesses. They have also won the coveted BCA Business Centre of the year award 4 times and have Investor in People status.
