We’re delighted to announce that we are in the process of signing a new 15 year lease with Bristol City Council for our CityPoint building in Bristol.
The Council have always held the freehold for this property and previously we held a long leasehold interest in which we operate our successful business centre. We are currently in the process of selling the long leasehold interest to Bristol City Council and are taking a new lease on the space we operate in, for 15 years, with them on this building.
Our serviced office clients will experience no change in operations at all and we will continue to deliver fantastic serviced office space as we have always done. We will work with long leasehold clients during the transition period to ensure successful pass over to the Council and their managing agents.
