Business Environment are delighted to announce that they have achieved the highest level of accreditation, a three star status for Best Companies Accreditation 2009. This is an ‘Extra Ordinary’ rating, which out of the 795 organisations that applied to achieve a star status, was only achieved by 55 companies throughout the UK.
The result for this star rating is achieved by asking the people who work within the company. This is done by all staff members filling out an online questionnaire. The Best Companies three star accreditation system reflects how fulfilled, motivated and engaged a company’s employees are. Statistical analysis has shown that there are eight workplace factors that determine an employee’s engagement, or how much they love their work. These factors are:
