BE Offices has launched a new pro-working space at its Minories business centre in the City of London.
Pro-working, the latest trend to hit the serviced office market, creates a more professional-based collaborative workspace that encourages networking together with skills and knowledge exchange among more established businesses. It aims to bridge the gap between co-working and the more traditional serviced offices model.
“The problem faced by more conventional organisations has been that many co-working spaces are geared towards young entrepreneurs or youthful start-up enterprises, and perhaps lack the formal professional space or appearance that some more conventional and slightly larger businesses require,” commented Simon Rusk, BE’s Financial Director and co-founder.

Pro-working has now emerged as an intermediary for professionals who desire a collaborative workspace on a par with their corporate image. It’s co-working all grown up!
The focus point of the new space at Minories will be the boutique break-out lounge that encourages collaboration, with the benefit of the award-winning TopBrewer coffee machine. Banquet seating, casual armchairs and coffee tables will also be complimented by two large tables which can be used for meetings or dining as required.
The model has already been successfully implemented at BE’s Cheapside and Threadneedle Street centres and will be the template for all BE’s future refurbished space.
Pro-working offices are designed for both style and substance, with neutral tones, high specification furniture and fittings, plus quality artwork to further enhance the space. Indeed, clients will be able to choose artwork from BE’s collection which features unique works by Steve Kaufman, Paul Kenton, Nathan Bowen, Eleni Gagoushi and many more.
BE’s usual unique all-inclusive pricing will apply equally to its pro-working space, with Minories 3rd floor clients also eligible to use the onsite gym and able to take advantage of a free weekly personal training session on offer at the centre.
