BE has installed the very latest technology in six Video Conference studios across its London and Bristol centres. Capable of accommodating up to 10 people, the professional VC studios can be booked online and hired by the hour. The VC studios are fully staffed by BE’s experienced Service Teams who can assist with set-up and ensure its smooth running for first time, experienced and frequent users alike.
The VC studios feature the latest hi-resolutions cameras installed, which track the person who is speaking and allows auto-zoom to show all the meeting’s participants. This technology, combined with the widest bandwidths currently available eliminates the distorted images, voices off camera and time delays which have prevented the widespread use of VC technology in the past.

Steve also highlights the cost savings of video conferencing; large companies can save as many as 900 business trips a year. A recent report from the Carbon Disclosure Project stated that video conferencing could cut carbon emissions by 5.5million tons and deliver around $19bn worth of economic benefits in the UK and US in the next 10 years.

BE’s video conferencing studios can be hired for £80 per hour to external clients (£40 for BE’s own clients), with an introductory discount of 25% on the first hour’s hire. VC facilities are currently available in Bristol and at five London centres, with further studios being added over the coming year.
