The Top Employers for Working Families awards announced its shortlist for this year’s awards, aimed at recognising and rewarding companies which are supportive towards parents and carers whom they employ.
These awards promote best practice in the workplace and encourage family friendly policies and creative and flexible approaches to the working lives of parents.
There are several award categories including: Best for Innovation and Engagement
Award; Best for Mothers; Best for Fathers; and Best for Carers, which was won by Centrica Plc last year.
The winners will be announced on September 27th after a judging panel made up of experts make their decision from the anonymous entries.
