Flexible and mobile working were the real winners in the Top Employers for Working Families awards, which saw some of the biggest companies scooping prizes.
American Express won the innovation and engagement award with Centrica claiming both the best for flexible working and best for fathers awards.
As well as a large selection of awards Working Families, who run the awards, also honoured their list of the top 30 employers for working families with Accenture at the top.
The awards provide a platform to provide recognition for companies who work hard to take the considerations of parents into account in the workplace.
Companies which offer flexible working and mobile working options for their employees find they have more motivated staff with a health work-life balance.
In 2009 Working Families celebrated 30 years of support and campaigning on behalf of mothers and fathers who work.
