Terms & Conditions
Due to the nature of Virtual Offices we need to cross a few t’s and dot a few i’s in terms of money laundering and business registration prior to starting your contract.
Mail Forwarding/Handling
- Your post received can be forwarded daily or weekly as requested by you
- We can post as special delivery if required and charged accordingly
- Mail logging system – special or recorded mail logged when it arrives and is sent out to you (in the form it was received) OR collected from reception by you to your preference
- You select one forwarding address per virtual office (you can change as and when you require – please give us 24 hours notice)
- You select company name per virtual office
- If you are expecting something important and/or valuable we can handle with urgency – please contact your centre to make them aware of your package (There is a 20% handling charge on postage and courier charges)
Call Forwarding
- You receive ONE Mainline number per virtual office
- All your calls are answered in company name at our centre switchboard or diverted to mobile, landline or voicemail as per your preference. (We require 24 hours notice to change destination to guarantee admin changes)
- Calls we transfer are charged at BT rates for landlines and mobiles. 60 calls per month included, calls above this are charged at 20p connection fee
- Once calls are forwarded there is no bounceback to reception
- Any Extra DDI – £50 pcm plus call charges
Call Announcements
- Call announcements – extra £75pm London, extra £50pm Outside of London
- You receive ONE Mainline number per virtual office
- All your calls are answered in company name at our centre switchboard or diverted to mobile, landline or voicemail as per your preference. (We require 24 hours notice to change destination to guarantee admin changes)
- Calls we transfer are charged at BT rates for landlines and mobiles. 100 calls per month included, calls above this are charged at 40p connection fee
- All calls can be announced or a message taken and then emailed
Business Address
- The Business Address service does not allow you to use it as the location for your Registered Office for your company
Fax Forwarding
- You get a dedicated Fax number included in your Virtual Office
- We can forward faxes on to you by post or fax to your preference
- Faxes for you we charge – 25p per item faxed/£1 international/ 25p per item posted plus postage cost
Upgrade to an office – refund offer
- We will refund your monthly virtual charge only when you upgrade and take a full time office at any BE Offices serviced office centre
- Your refund will be applied on a monthly basis and subtracted from your new office monthly cost (the refund is not available as a lump sum or in any other manner)
- Office monthly charges must be paid by direct debit to qualify
- You must sign an office terms agreement to qualify
- We will pay the refund for any virtual agreement to a maximum of 12 months
- No refund will continue to be made if you leave your BE office agreement before the period of your original virtual office agreement expires.
- This offer is not exchangeable for any other payment or offer
- BE Offices reserve the right to withdraw this offer without notice
Meeting Rooms and Day Offices
- Each client gets a free &Meetings VIP Club card giving 30% discount when they book a meeting room or day office online at www.andmeetings.com
- Each card has a unique number to use online. Cards only valid for the duration of the licence.
- If on a rolling licence the VIP club card will be cancelled by &Meetings when the client leaves`
- DAY OFFICES can be booked 24 hours (minimum) in advance and paid online
- Same day requirements are not guaranteed and available by calling &Meetings sales number only
- All meeting rooms/day offices include refreshments, phone line and internet
