BE Barbican team recognised for customer service at the BCA Awards
A team at Business Environment based in the Barbican in the City of London has been recognised for delivering outstanding service in the annual Business Centre Association (BCA) Awards – It’s the second time they have made the finals and been recognised for their efforts by their customers.
The BCA Awards recognise excellence in customer service, as well as other ‘workplace factors’ such as business values and employee retention and are judged by an impartial panel. The win for Business Environment will earn the company respect from all corners of the commercial property industry, showing its consistent efforts to improve its offering to clients.
Yasmine Shah, Barbican Manager of Business Environment said: “We were competing with such a strong line-up of business centres from across the UK, so we’re delighted to have been a finalist this year and very happy that Wembley won.
“It’s been a challenging year for everyone so this recognition has rounded the year off brilliantly for us. It’s a real thumbs up from the industry, and more importantly from our clients who rank us and our services so highly.”
Previous wins for Business Environment at the BCA Awards have included Business Centre of the Year for Milton Keynes, Bristol Clifton and twice for Wembley.
Business Environment is no stranger to receiving business awards having won 38th position in this year’s Sunday Times ‘100 Best Small Companies to Work For’ Awards, making it the only serviced office operator to appear in the rankings.
