BE Offices today announces it has committed to pursuing B Corporation Certification as a means of affirming one of its core values – We have a commitment to our communities and the environment.
Certified B Corporations are companies verified by B Lab to meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability with B Corps committing to positively impact all stakeholders – workers, communities, customer, and our planet.
The rigorous certification process will see BE Offices measure company impact on workers, communities, customers, and the environment, from supply chain to carbon footprint, from inclusion policies to employee engagement.
Commenting on the impact of B Corporation certification, Chris Turner, executive director at B Lab UK has previously said:
