Opening Q1 2026, BE’s first international foray will see us opening in the heart of Dublin’s International Financial Services Centre (IFSC).
In partnership with one of Ireland’s leading pension funds, BE Offices have been appointed to deliver a dynamic, hospitality-led, multi-layer flex provision at 5 George’s Dock, scheduled to open early in 2026. The amenity-rich offering will run alongside the conventional leasing offer led by Savills in Dublin.
In a city first – we’ll be providing, all under one roof:
- Meeting, conference, event space and community engagement powered by our in-house team &Meetings
- Two floors of fully serviced offices powered by BE Offices
- Fully customisable managed offices for larger requirements delivered by BE.Spoke Managed Workspace, on dedicated floors
- The option to transact traditional leases through Savills Ireland with tenants having full access to all these amenities.
We will be rolling out our first phase of serviced space in the new year, with interiors designed by the team at Calibro Workspace – however we are keen to entertain all managed office enquiries immediately as these can be delivered in advance of the BE Offices opening.
This ground breaking, multi-layer venture, underpinned by beautifully designed interiors and leading edge tech, will spearhead a new era of customer-centric offerings across Dublin.
