As part of a focus on promoting client retention the serviced office and meeting room venue operator Business Environment has launched B2B NETWORKING, a new networking group in all its 18 UK serviced office centres.
A growing number of businesses already network as part of a group like 4Networking or NRG but a recent survey by Business Environment looking at customer service highlighted an opportunity to encourage more businesses to work with each other in their centres.
B2B Networking was launched in October with centres able to choose a breakfast, afternoon or evening networking event. Each event is hosted by the Centre Manager and the style is relaxed and informal. There is no charge to join B2B NETWORKING and clients are encouraged to do as much or as little as they want.
UK Client Retention Manager Becky Hursthouse commented, “Our clients often chat when getting a coffee and with so many ready-made business opportunities in every centre it made sense to launch our very own networking group. We wanted to make it as easy and accessible as possible to everyone in the centres. It also needs to be fun so we have tried to keep the events relaxed with 3 options to choose from. Each networking event is free and will be held in every centre. We think it will give our clients an opportunity to create lasting business relationships with other businesses on their doorstep”.
B2B NETWORKING is part of Business Environments’ focus to improve their already high levels of customer service and client retention already at 2.5 years on average.
