Business Environment just missed out on the Business Centre of the Year award in the annual Business Centre Association (BCA) Awards – Their Wembley centre was a finalist yet again bringing its tally to 5 finals over the last seven years, with 3 wins.
The awards recognise excellence in customer service, as well as other ‘workplace factors’ such as business values and employee retention and are judged by BCA members from votes made by customers of serviced and flexible office space. The position in the final 3 for Business Environment endorses their commitment to enhance the company’s service quality further with the launch of their Service Excellence Guarantee earlier this year.
David Saul managing director of Business Environment said: “We were competing with such a strong line-up of business centres from across the UK, so are delighted to be among the 3 finalists and our congratulations go to the teams at Clarendon Business Centres.
“The BCA award is a real thumbs up from the industry, and more importantly from clients of business centres who recognise great service. The award serves to provide the industry with a benchmark and clearly encourages providers to raise their service game which can only be good for our customers in the long term.”
Previous wins for Business Environment at the BCA Awards have included Business Centre of the Year for Milton Keynes, Bristol Clifton and three times for Wembley.
