So what makes our offices better than the rest?
NO DEPOSIT TAKEN
Most office space providers will take at least 2 months rent from you as a deposit before you move in. This cripples your cashflow at the time you need it most, and of course you won’t get your deposit back until your licence finishes. We take the stance that we want your business to do well and grow whilst you work in our buildings so keep your cashflow strong and invest in your business not ours.
FREE TELEPHONE CALLS
As part of your office contract with us you get a very generous allocation of telephone calls. This covers over 95% of our client’s needs but if you are running a very call intensive operation we charge your *extra calls at BT standard rates, and we’ll even give you the rates we’re offered so you can see our complete charge transparency.
DEDICATED INTERNET & ROBUST FAILOVER CIRCUITS
Modern business relies so heavily on connectivity that’s why we give you at least 1Mbps DEDICATED (1:1 contention) internet per office – that means superfast speeds unaffected by other users in your building. In addition to this we offer shared internet access to the fastest connections in the industry. Other office space providers will quote significant connection speeds but these are nearly always shared contentions – at BE we offer you the best of both worlds: individual dedicated connectivity and a pool of shared broadband should you need it.
