BE Offices’ in-house cleaning team has been awarded accreditation from Alcumus SafeContractor for achieving excellence in health and safety in the workplace.
Alcumus SafeContractor is a leading third party accreditation scheme which recognises extremely rigorous standards in health and safety management amongst contractors. It is used by thousands of organisations in the UK, including SMEs and FTSE 100 companies.
BE Offices is the only flexible workspace provider to employ its cleaners directly having long ago recognised the importance of cleanliness and hygiene within our business centres. The entire in-house cleaning operation is part of the BE Offices group of companies with the management reporting directly to the main board.

SafeContractor accreditation is confirmation of BE’s commitment to the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness and has been achieved following a rigorous assessment of our health and safety processes and documentation, compared again the SafeContractor Charter Standards, which set out the extensive levels required.
