BE Offices, &Offices, Headspace and BE.Spoke clients help raise in excess of £1,300 for Macmillan’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning
2021 marks a decade of involvement for BE Offices in the annual Macmillan World’s Biggest Coffee Morning as once again we celebrated coffee, cake and fundraising across our portfolio of business centres from Belfast to Southampton.
Receptions and breakout spaces were adorned with Macmillan balloons and bunting and there was coffee and cake in plentiful supply for clients who are enjoying being reunited with their colleagues in the office and more than happy to partake in the celebrations and fundraising.
Last year we ran a hybrid event, with those in the office able to participate in person and those working from home invited to send in photos showing how they were getting involved. Nothing beats an in-person event however, and we were delighted this year to see so many clients taking part.
Macmillan exist to help cancer sufferers from diagnosis, through treatment and beyond, offering emotional, practical and financial support. The money raised last week more than covers the cost of a Macmillan nurse for an entire week, helping people living with cancer and their families receive essential medical, practical and emotional support.
Over the last decade we are proud to have raised around £20,000 for this very worthy cause and the occasion has become a stalwart of the BE Offices community events programme.
