We are doing everything we can to keep our centres fully operational and will continue to do so, unless told otherwise by the government.
However, we are having to make a few adaptions to allow business continuity, the primary being reduced working hours for our centre teams:
CENTRE TEAM HOURS: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm
This isn’t a decision we have taken lightly, but it will allow us to conform with guidelines around social distancing and mean our teams can commute safely with the reduced train and tube timetables. We are manning all centres throughout this period with a rotating centre team during the day, and security guards out-of-hours, to ensure all clients still have 24/7 access to their workspaces.
As previously communicated if clients are working remotely we can offer call twinning and call forwarding for office calls, and are on hand to assist where we can.
