Continuing our exploration of the area around our new Belfast building, Custom House, we find out more about the neighbouring Titanic Quarter.

As refurbishment and fit-out work continues apace at the fabulous new addition to our portfolio, we are excited to learn more about the surrounding area. Following on from our features on the ‘Salmon of Knowledge’, the Albert Memorial Clock and the iconic Harland and Wolff cranes, we take a trip to the historic Titanic Quarter.

Among the largest urban waterfront regeneration projects in the world, the Titanic Quarter is now home to the world-famous Titanic Belfast and the Maritime Mile, in an area which was once a global centre for ship-building, maritime trade and commerce. With over £618 million invested in the district and an estimated 20,000 people who live, work or visit the area on a daily basis, the Titanic Quarter is a thriving and bustling destination and home to over 100 national and international businesses.

Different trails and tours take in various historic and state-of-the-art maritime and Titanic visitor attractions. The area also offers Game of Thrones fans a Glass of Thrones trail which features six stained glass windows showcasing famous scenes from from the hit TV series.
